Everything students need, all in one place
Okkhor.com
Okkhor is an online bookshop for Bangladeshi students — academic sets, Islamic titles, stationery and exam prep in one catalogue. We designed the storefront around browsing by need rather than by SKU, so a student arrives looking for a syllabus and leaves with the right edition in the basket.
The product
Okkhor sells books to students who mostly know exactly what they need and have a fixed amount to spend on it. The catalogue spans academic sets, Islamic titles, science and reference, stationery and e-books, alongside the publishers and authors people search by name.
What we designed
The storefront leads with the categories students actually shop by, then a campaign slot for the seasonal offers that drive most of the volume — a discount threshold, a coupon code and the reward, stated plainly rather than buried in fine print.
Product tiles carry the things that decide a purchase: the discount, the edition or volume, and an honest stock state, so a title that cannot ship says so before the tap rather than after. Search, wishlist, basket and a book-request route sit in the header throughout, because a student who cannot find a title should be able to ask for it instead of leaving.
